There's definitely some substance to this move, weather it was the article/blog posted to the website or there is news in the pipeline- to be released very soon.

The thing is- this project can't be a secret forever and as we get closer to final approval, signing and construction- we move into a different phase in this companies existence. The lid will have to come off, it just has to if this company is to secure institutional backing. The company also has to realise that it's a good thing to become a commercial entity with actual operating profits, we've been an R&D pump fest for too long, I hope management are aware of that.

Can this rally be sustained, well I hope so as the longer term outlook is very promising, especially if Matmor is proven- it will be a disruptor? Time will tell what to make of this rally.
