A retail investor would be crazy to keep their shares now that control has passed into the consortium. I've had to telephone Atomic and ask them to email me the take-over acceptance form as I've been throwing them into the compost.
I always went into FND knowing the sovereign risk and thought long and hard about selling when they diluted us 15% in 2016 with the preferential share issue which was very unfair to retail investors.
At least I've made a profit on FND which will help offset the disaster awaiting Tiger Resources (TGS) shareholders from the firesale of the Congo mine and plant that has been structured to completely screw the shareholders but reward the board and management (they are going to sell the plant and mine to wipe the debt and but leave the rotting carcass of a zombie listed company to collect some piddling royalty payments from the buyer for a couple of years).
