    Thanks, just my personal opinion but 300,000 shares bought on market doesn't qualify as 'skin in the game' for mine. Sure for your average investor but not for the MD. I'm not saying he needs to be in the top 20 but considering what he is paid, those shares cost him about a fortnight's salary.
