umm, machines are getting better doing more and more things than human used to do by hands.
machine driven cars, machine shear sheep, machine laying bricks.....
NAB sacking 3k-6k staff and instead adding on 2k IT guys, other 3 banks to follow soon.
Whose job is next on the chopping board?
We could take part of the machine revolutions on humans like investing in FBR to hedge the job loss, but in long term, how do human compete on a race level, we are not talking about everyone becomes an IT or engineer here.
