Yes but we don't actually know so anything you deduce is just a guess. It's difficult to attribute any additional value to the company based just on this announcement.
I'm waiting on the sidelines to see either...
1) Signed agreement with an Australian telco that has a material $ impact.
2) Increases in annualised cashflows to a point that justifies the current market cap.
