Not eye-poppingly so.
But not mouth-wateringly undervalued, either.
Put another way:
If I did not own CGF and was struggling to find good investment opportunities, then I would buy the stock on a P/E of 16/17x.
But given that I already have a meaningful portion of my capital invested in CGF, for me to want to add to my holdings would require a valuation level closer to 15x P/E
