DJ - they have to convert it to .pdf format ... normally takes a few minutes . but usually they will post that they have received an ANN immediately even before they have converted it. On the odd occasion I have tried to see an ANn as soon as it is posted - only to get a message that the conversion is being done and will be available in a few minutes.
