If you're concerned by that you're going to have cause for concern a lot in the future. Expect this to become a stock standard statement for all tecchies, because the ASX thinks by requiring it they have covered their own behinds for letting things like GSW and BIG thru the cracks.
In essence by making such a statement required, its value and important is diluted to basically a footnote that everyone will end up skimming over and ignoring (just like I did with this announcement). Pretty much like the JORC code Table every resource company has to incl in exploration related announcements these days.
