You realize that Brandon is the CEO of BRTV and not the parent company BIG Un which is the listed entity that is being reviewed by ASX/ASIC right?

Also how can anyone spend "every waking hour" trying to rectify the company? They answer the questions from ASX/ASIC. They supply the documents to ASX/ASIC. They wait for feedback or more questions.

Videos are still being produced and uploaded daily so the business operations are continuing. I think it is perfectly acceptable for Brandon (his name is Brandon btw not Brendan) to take a night off to raise money for charity. There's not too many people his age on a CEO salary that would be spending the night at a charity event helping others.
