Ann: Sale of Surat Gas Pty Ltd - Purchaser exercises Option, page-2

This looks like a real sleeper if this sale of the Surat Gas project goes through in around 45 days after the purchaser exercised the option today. With a market cap of 6 mill currently a cash injection of 6.5 mill on sale will come in handy for business opportunities into China as they stated were going to take place after name change from Coalbank to Austchina Holdings. With other assets including the 1.3 bill tonnes of thermal coal at its Blackall Coal project plus a 26% holding in biofuel company Utilitas this is a sleeper that could have some major upside.

Interesting 2018 ahead i believe and a turnaround story on the cards. Just need look at other companies that have been involved in business opportunities into Chima with milk and see that the possibilities here could see some major things happen. At last years EGM i attended they stated China is very hungry for Australian product and they are looking across the board at opportunities. With some strong board connections into China plus them holding a significant stock position i expect to see some big moves here.
