If a company like MON that has production plants up and running strikes a heap of gold, does it mean it increases it output and exceeds its expectation.

Or have these companies acutely drilled there tenaments they are aware of the exact amount of gold?

So my question is can they still find a heap of gold say for example at minjar and davyhurst or has it been drilled within a inch of its life so they know the exact amount of veins, and nuggets, etc?
