Wow! Ninety five cents to entice me to put more money into Argo. No thanks. Some companies seem to think all that they have to do is put their hand out and investors will trip over themselves to stuff cash into it. If I want more Argo I'll buy on market when I'm ready. I'm not convinced of their reason for needing more capital. Do better with what you've already got would be my thinking.
