(Incidentally, to avoid getting in a twist about semantics, when I refer to "partnerships", it is in the context of the financial position of the company. In other words, my definition of partnership is an entity with whom MSB has partnered for capital to fund MSB's development program)

Yes, lots of people can express that they would be surprised, or not surprised as the case may be, by a great many things, but that would make those things true.

For example, I would be very surprised if searches over the coming decades failed to detect life on Mars, but that no more means than there definitely is, than it does that there is not.
