Today's selling got me totally confused. Why lots of people sold AVZ shares @ 27c & can't wait to dump them faster @ auction for 26.5c while they could chuck all of them out @ 30c last Friday. No wonder share market isn't for everyone.
I take it if people wants to switch to WFE for quicker return. However the timing is also important. If you bought WFE first thing in the morning & sitting on good return in %%, I say that was really good move & congratulations. However if you sold AVZ @ or below 27c for buying WFE @ 1.6c in the afternoon, you are exposed to huge risk IMO. I think WFE looks a bit exhausted, you can tell from the auction. FA wise, it's getting really expensive to bet $39mil on a company which hasn't announced the acquisition plan yet. More importantly, those switchers might forgot how many news in the making potential this week for AVZ, both drilling & corporate transaction related.
As courtesy to
@Freehold, he has mapped out the timeline clearly enough for us the keep track of progress of drilling & result due day:
Can you imagine if Ann [or even TH] drops tomorrow morning & WFE starts retracing from the high [quite possible as it might take a while for the next Ann to drop over there & $39mil for a currently shell company isn't quite sustainable IMO] ? I can't face the consequence if I were in that scenario.
Again, congratulations to switchers who made better gain out this move. I hope you could come back again without paying too much premium.
