MEU, CUY, TOR,...... and any one else with ground in SA or NT only as they will be the only ones allowed to develop what they find in Australia.
Its very well to have a good deposit, but its no good if you are not allowed to mine it as is the case in the WA and the Qld with no sign of it changing any time soon.
So for me if you want to reduce your risk stick with a company who has good ground in SA or NT only.
