Unfortunately you usually have to pay a price for "good" management. I like the timing of the article also - it would be nice to know management quality in advance rather than following a profit downgrade.
Anyway, the value here should be in trailing commissions and even a ham and cheese sandwich should be able to make money from here. We have a pretty hefty margin of safety built in to current prices.
