    Here is the greater detail we have wanted.
    Looks good. Approx $200M capital cost with seemingly low risk on many fronts; ie a capital cost of less than $160 per kWh (which seems about half of comparable capacity options eg see slide 20 or slide 19).
    Hillgrove wants it to happen and wants out (for $$).
