Agreed bullish, JD is pushing this hard. I reckon if he gets a finance deal sooner he will take it!
But it makes sense to get cracking on the ground regardless. This proves to financiers (and shareholders) that perceived issues like shipping, logistics, ability to mine in Greenland, operating in the arctic etc are all surmountable. It will help him to get finance across the line.
