Re costs, time will tell but I should think you'll be presently surprised with the mill now operating at optimal throughput and operating 24/7. No reason 1000/oz isn't achievable. It's a brave new world...
Production?
Well, we know with certainty one of the 6 weeks in the back end of the quarter went 660oz - they told us in the half yearly.
And we're yet to have 1.5 odd weeks (given it's only 21 March).
Of course, whether the other weeks generated 500 oz or 700 oz we have no idea....but your number is no less speculative than mine and it's unlikely that if they've hit some high grade zones that there's only 1 week's mill feed there?
Logic would suggest there will be several other weeks of the higher grade feed.
Each to their own. The logic is compelling.
And heck, let's say you're on the money at an average of 525 oz a week.
We have (1896 + 660 + (5 x 525) oz = 5181 oz
5181 x (1700 - 1000) = $3.6m
That's a healthy pass in my book.
Noting revenues may well average north of AUD1700/oz this quarter.
