And importantly, they're talking about a new standard of care that includes chemo drugs i.e. they're not trying to isolate the impact of Oncosil at this stage. The reduction in tumor size may well have been achieved through chemo alone but if patients are faced with such a shitty diagnosis (and have the means) I can't imagine them not throwing everything they can at an unresectable tumor now that there's evidence that prognosis migh change. From what I can see, they haven't even mentioned pain reduction/palliative outcomes yet- probably needs bigger sample- but this was one of the key objectives from the outset. One might assume pain reduction comes from reduction in tumor size but that qualitative data is important, even if due to placebo effect.
