Ann: Major drill program to commence at Misima Gold Project, page-25

Has anyone done any research into the shares issued from the merger with WCB.TSX?
From the information I can find it looks like WCB had 67,240,000 SOI for a MC of 4million.
One of the announcements mentioned a major shareholder holding ~30% of WCB.

The 3B showed 302M shares issued to WCB shareholders. (As announced, roughly 4.5KSN shares for each WCB share)
"302,601,971 Ordinary Shares¹Ordinary shares and unlisted options issued as scheme consideration pursuant to the Plan of Arrangement with WBC Resources Limited (refer ASX Announcements on 1 and 7 September 2017)"

If I worked out my figures correctly, a WCB shareholders are sitting on a 40-50% profit from the merger?
- My figures were based on $1AUD = $1CAD, current KSN SP of 0.021 AUD, last traced SP of WCB was 0.065 CAD

If not for the merger, the recent insto placement and SPP would help support the share price around 0.022, and the fact that Farjoy's average buy in price for their substantial holding was above 0.020 if I remember correctly. However there may still be a bit of supply from WCB shareholders taking some profits.
