Just to refesh regarding the TA deal.

In April 2005, AOS entered into an exclusive global licensing transaction with Alcon relating to the use of
TA for visualisation of the vitreous of the eye during the surgical vitrectomy procedure. AOS holds an
issued U.S. patent in relation to this ocular use of TA. AOS also holds various other patents relating to
the intravitreal use of TA for the treatment of certain retinal diseases.
AOS and Alcon have now reached agreement to expand the scope of the existing agreement to include
other areas of intravitreal use of TA that are covered by AOS patents, including the treatment of age
related macular degeneration and certain other retinal disorders.
