That’s a big assumption xman, that they don’t want it and Talley’s won’t let them use the infrastructure. I’m not telling you your wrong, your guess is as good as mine, but it is at odds with the company presentations which plan on getting around to mining it a few years time. Why pay the $$$$ now if we can wait a few more years? I’d sure want to delay it as long as I could.
Talley’s are commercial, if there is a buck to be made as long as they are in on it in some way they won’t stop profitable enterprise for both parties imho.
