This imo is premature .We have no deposits to bring to production.At this point I feel the company is struggling for survival due to hold ups and lack of money. I assume these two fellows will be requiring payment?. I realise forward planning is essential but I think they need to focus on the job at hand, proving up the current potential resource with minimal cost. Armed with success the path forward will become easier .Failing this the next advisor will be a liquidator.
