Yowzers. Perhaps the claim is that the JV is not with Intermedia but that Gowers signed on as a private citizen, not in his capacity as boss of Intermedia? Who owns the shares in that JV company? Who bought and owns the 100 issued shares?

Hmm... I think this will be a wide web of companies and people that got caught up in BIG and are potentially looking at serious consequences. Board members of the ASX. Leading media companies. It's quite a wide web of heavy hitters that are involved. Wouldn't it be ironic if only FCC escapes from this without damage?
