Picked up a few more at 2.59 this afternoon. PEM seems to have everything going for it and I can't think of a better buy.
I always worry however when a stock trades at very low PE's as it takes me back to the Pasminco days when the stock was trading at a PE of less than 2 before going under. I can't see that happening with PEM given their strong cash position.
