Clarification of False Claim by Burke/Microlatch

The recent release issued by Chris Burke of Microlatch includes an attempt to mislead his shareholders (of which there are only 2) and others by alleging that Charter Pacific was and is insolvent. Charter Pacific is not, and has never been insolvent. Charter Pacific’s financial statements have been independently and externally audited since 1988 in accordance with the Australian Accounting Standards Board (AASB) financial reporting standards. Burke and his Microlatch group of companies have failed to provide audited financial statements for their last three years as required under the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA).
