Could be interesting. Just by my memory (so not overly reliable) listed entities are required to give 28 working days notice for an EGM - with exception where 90%+ share holders agree to shorter notice. Basically can only apply where company is under reconstruction and shares are so tightly held normal spread is not achieved at that time. Exchange can give grace in time to recover normal 25% min spread so guess that could be done after relist. Others will likely be more up to date than I re this area.
