Yeah, I know you're in a bind and I'm glad I'm not. Not that my sympathy counts for much, but it's there.

I can't see into the heart of the AFR editorial room, but Google searching a couple layers deep on the names and connections joining up with BIG through the new board announcements and it's not looking very clean to me. I suspect AFR are keeping the heat on because it looks similarly unsavoury to them.

I do think that there will be an value realisation point with this stock, though, and I would grab it when it comes. They will relist and they will continue operations outside of Aus. And if I were invested I would take the cash at the first chance it looked good in the next 18 months or so, making sure I never got greedy. Just got my cash and got out. That's my opinion, obviously, that the personal investment choice I would make in this company were I already invested. Other's mileage will vary.
