I believe we are not going to be able to answer any of the above questions until we look at the recommendation by the RC later.

Then the next step would be if any of the above recommendations are finally turned into changes to the current financial practices.

The mkt is now pricing in the worst possible scenario, ie....

1) all the suspected problems are unearthed by the RC as findings,
2) all findings are 'fixed' with recommendations,
3) all recommendations turned into changes to the current practices.
4) MOC is impacted by ALL the changes.
