It's actually Ord's second price downgrade. They had a $15 target before last November's guidance announcement. It was then reduced to $14.35 and now $13.96. The sequence of price downgrades, despite having a "Buy" rating, are scaring a few.
From a TA perspective, it gapped down today, so there's a decent gap between $11.80 and $11.97. It's partially filled the huge gap up on results day. It would need to go down to $10.40 to fill this gap. $10.89 is the 200EMA.
