Sorry, but the header is a gross overstatement - typical of Natasha I'llspoilya whose time is well and truly over, thank goodness. Maybe she didn't write that bit.
We have never had more rights, we have a plethora of civil rights lawyers constantly telling us how hard done by we are. We appear to have more rights than obligations.
As to the second point in this thread - imho it's correct. The tactic was always to delay and to attack the basis of the legality of the proceedings. It is also often repeated that he was "never" charged when he was in 2005 and again in 2007.
I hope he gets on with his life - he's a lucky boy. He could so easily be dead. I heard his father say he wanted to go to university - I hope he does, but he'll need to get a better education first.
