Refer to Executive Summary Page 19 (Last page) WEC’s target market is both sub-bituminous and brown coal reserves.
Basically, if a brown coal reserve punter wants to create some value from his/her reserve then both WEC and ESI potentially could compete for the deal. Just because WEC has chased a few sub-bituminous deals doesn’t mean they won’t be interested in any brown coal opportunities.
