Just rang the company and they tell me that they thought they had this acquisition/recapitalisation all wrapped up just prior to the first trading halt. Things are still moving in the background, but it has been slow to finalise due to other people having other priorities (not Target people). So. they are still answering their phone and haven't gone under yet.
