I can only see this as a positive.
This is my logic
- currently we don't have CFDA
- currently we haven't even applied for CFDA
(Previous guidance in the notice of meeting was that we were going to apply for CFDA in April)
So, logically, how can there be a negative announcement on something we haven't even applied for?
Seriously - what are they going to say, "sorry we aren't going to apply anymore" ... I don't think so
