Yeah but that is the formality of procedure.
We would love to know the condition of the 2 slabs,as of now.
Remember I20 was poured on a very wet base,but maybe is has cracked and they dont want to talk about it.
And maybe the laydown yard trucks fell through the Ede replaced slab!
