It probably would have been better if ASX sorted it out when the anns were released. They no doubt would have given it the thumbs up at the time. But don't get me wrong, it would be good to get some follow up re developments with these deals. It probably should be mandatory for companies to regularly report (maybe in a quarterly update accompanying the 4C) on MOUs etc when they are forward projecting.
