- Foot traffic down
- Like for like sales down
- Profits down
- Two covenant breaches within sight in six months
The value is just not here and there is a high risk of another "re-capitalisation event" the likes of PDN/SGH.
Retail shareholders (US) are treated like dirt will get royally shafted over as a consequence.
