Ok ok ok Neilk what you also have to understand is many people don’t have such a short time view as you, and maybe able to swallow a bad year. Will we be pleased it has not performed, of course not, some might even be grateful with the many years of profit they have accumulated.
Mate I know you are aware, there many many ways people buy, hold and sell positions and lets not start to mention time frames. When I first started investing many years ago, I knew nothing about short term trading, and it was not usual for me to hold many companies for years, and check my holding once in a blue moon, gees sometimes I wish I did a lot more of that.lol.
Has for dud, I totally agree I do find his posts confusing and contradictory many times and have tried to tell him on this board and others.
