as for bertram ive noticed the prices dropping both for 3x2 and 4x2. im looking to buy but not yet. ppl are beginning to panic because they can see 10% interest rates over the horizon and they are trying to offload before the mortgage burys them
the signs are staying up alot longer too.
as for the nearer suburbs such as spaerwood and surrounds the situation is the same. ive had my eyes on 3 in spearwood for something like 3 months.
1 house i looked at was 1 mil and 6 doors down they wanted 700. in a good area and both were built about the same time. imo the one for 700 was the better house and not because of the price.
