You would have seen the receivers Documents for the Court case by now .
We have all been led down the path of promises, shoddy questionable deals , non-disclosures, big China K with some unknown tiny outfit, Promises and promises as one post says.
We know when vulnerable it is easier to forget that relentless discovery and pursue the latest daring hope.
I urge you to reconsider if you have decided to replace the RE. Right now our accumulated vested interest in this company and all its rights, apparatus , experience and IP rests with the new buyer. Trees will be valuable. The sandalwood world knows what's happened to JW and Quintis so having new ownership will be a good move for contracts.
There can be a positive ( not angry )role for a solid unified Sandalwood group later to ensure the continued level of transparency that it has gained to keep going. The group in that sense is great and needed but right now lets give the business a chance.
