I was wondering the company Centro back in the
2011 or so when directors misled market made false
Statements re financial position and centro
Was still trading regardless
The directors in this case kept the company
Afloat by issuing shares really!!!!!
Ok fine directors or company for not issuing 708
But to suspend shares and punish shareholders is totall bull S h I t

Shame on asic !!!!!!!
Punish shareholders for such a small issue really

There is not complaints no one really has suffered losses
It’s an absolute joke
Why not fine the broker and their stupid
