What are the REAL company benefits of a merged entity with OXR?

PS. The falling zinc prices/surplus? seems to be a hot topic ATM Don't know if zinc will continue to fall medium term as this may impact on low deposit high cost mines reopening . Also don't really know the impact of china's new export tax on zinc ?
