I agree with this. While solar panels can only supplement the required energy to run a car at this time. This part of the EV may well be the real game changer. No doubt technology in solar panels will improve in the near future and a car ,with a large surface area sitting in the sun all day will be able to generate a worthwhile amount of amps. One of the Tyre manufacturers is designing tyres more suited to EV also and all these small advancements will contribute to giving EVever increasing range and efficiency
