Yeah the good ol' "issue shares to your mates before the rerate". All to common nowadays. I have mixed feelings about them. On one hand, it's questionable ethics. On the other, they must like something they see and if insiders want in that badly, then so do I.
Back to VML, if they go into suspension this morning, I doubt it's a mate raise. Shouldn't take that long if you worked out the terms long before the TH. We'll know within the hour.
