Other than the current Cobalt leases they paid $100K for, what are people buying currently ?

Anyone want to give a breakdown in valuation ?

Or it is the combination of "Cobalt + DRC + JB + ML" warrants a $45M EV, they are the dream team ?

If all people are paying for is the JB + ML combination, I'd ask which mines has either ever found, or lead from discovery to production ?

If this was worth $10-15M, it wouldn't cop half the scrutiny as it wouldn't carry 3-5 times the risk ...
