How are you going to find out if a takeover offer is presented?

I think YES, but that doesn't mean the board of directors will disclose it, or present it to the shareholders, especially if it is a low ball offer, as expected.

The directors will make an initial decision whether to divulge the offer of not, and I expect they won't.

The Directors don't have that choice under the ASX disclosure obligations ... If an official TO offer is presented to them they are obligated to report that to the market via an ASX announcement regardless of the amount
