    Hey budd, legally, can the company announce expressions of interest which would be out of line with the impact on the market?

    Had Joe's Sandwiches offered to buy CNP can the Centro management advise that as an interested party? I would have thought not as it would mislead the public yeah?

    Anyone know this situation?
