they are planning on holding a general meeting in January and putting it to a vote of shareholders. They have a few good incentives but I am going to research the pro's and con's further to evaluate the value.
I don't know why they would want to consolidate, they only have 499,097,279 on issue following the completion of the rights issue .
I voted against flinders consolidation when they proposed it and as it turns out, flinders didn't proceed with their consolidation which I was pleased with. their market cap is about 120m now.
I'll be suggesting to the GDA exec chair Warren Beckworth the same for the same reasons.
