Wouldn't be so bad if after every ASX letter or inquiry the ASX release a statement saying that the company has answered their questions satisfactorily and they are satisfied the company is operating correctly.

Instead its like someone being accused of a crime, going to trial, but no one one ever being told that they are not guilty if that is the case.
Unfortunately mud sticks and if its good enough for the ASX to seek answers to questions from companies then its good enough for the ASX to say they are happy or unhappy with the answers instead of silence.
